We are happy to announce that between January – March 2025 AquaLoop project will carry out the AquaLoop cross-border student exchange program.
The aim of the program is to provide an exchange between University of Rostock (DE), University of Gdańsk (PL), and Klaipeda University (LT) for bachelor and master students of aquaculture (and related majors: biology, marine biolory, etc.), based on AquaLoop pilots’ activities, to get the students familiar with partner institution activities and circular economy practices.
The program is dedicated to the undergraduate or graduate students of the AquaLoop project consortium universities: University of Rostock (UR), University of Gdańsk (UG) and Klaipeda University (KU), studying/working on topics related to the AquaLoop pilots.
The exchange will last for one working week per a visiting group, and the curricula at each hosting university will be based on the pilots carried out within AquaLoop project (Pilot 1 TARAS, Pilot 2 NEMATIC, Pilot 3 FISHVISA). Daily activities will be mostly experimental/laboratory work. Program will also include a study trip to an aquaculture facility in the area.
