{"id":1988,"date":"2025-10-02T12:41:37","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T12:41:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/?p=1988"},"modified":"2025-10-02T12:56:17","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T12:56:17","slug":"aquaculture-europe-2025-aquaculture-for-with-everyone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/?p=1988","title":{"rendered":"AquaLoop at Aquaculture Europe 2025 &#8211; Aquaculture for\/with Everyone"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From 22\u201325 September 2025, AquaLoop participated in <strong>Aqua2025<\/strong> in Valencia, Spain \u2013 one of the largest international events in the field of aquaculture, bringing together researchers, industry representatives, policymakers, and students to discuss the future of sustainable aquaculture in Europe and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AquaLoop was strongly represented with <strong>four presentations<\/strong> including three ePosters: <a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/TARAS_AE2025_1054.pdf\"><strong><em>Improving the Circularity of Aquaculture in the South Baltic Region \u2013 A Pilot Study on the Use of Microalgae in RAS Systems with Whiteleg Shrimp (Penaeus vannamei)<\/em> <\/strong><\/a>\u2013 presenting findings from the <a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/?page_id=693#pilotloops\">TARAS pilot<\/a>, carried out at the University of Gda\u0144sk, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FISHVISA_AE2025_1014.pdf\"><strong>Crayfish for Sludge Management in an Aquaponic System<\/strong><\/a><\/em> \u2013 showcasing initial results of the <a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/?page_id=693#pilotloops\">FISHVISA pilot<\/a>, implemented at the Klaipeda University,  and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/education_AE2025_0948.pdf\"><strong>AquaLoop Cross-Border Student Exchange Program: Promoting Circular Aquaculture Through International Collaboration<\/strong><\/a><\/em> \u2013 highlighting the <a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/?page_id=693#trainingloop\">TrainingLoop work package<\/a>, and one oral presentation: <em><strong>By-products Valorization of African Catfish (Clarias gariepinus (Burchell, 1822))<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 presenting results of <a href=\"https:\/\/aqualoop.edu.pl\/?page_id=693#pilotloops\">NEMATIC pilot<\/a>, conducted at the University of Rostock, delivered in the Market &amp; Value Chain Economics session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these contributions, AquaLoop showcased innovative approaches to <strong>circular aquaculture, sustainable resource use, and cross-border collaboration<\/strong>.
